The transaction is a key milestone in MJMH’s strategy to become a top5 player in the Polish insurance brokerage market by 2021. MJMH is lead by Mr. Marcin Ślotała, one of Poland’s most successful insurance entrepreneurs. Posella Limited holds a 35% stake in MJMH since march 2018.
