2024-03-31 Posella Limited (“Posella”) announced today that it sold all its shares in MJM Holdings (“MJM”) a leading Polish B2B insurance brokerage company to international private equity investors Corsair Capital. MJM, led by founder Marcin Ślotała, will continue its buy and build growth strategy together with new owners.
