Posella de-lists Mediacap from Warsaw Stock Exchange

Posella Limited (“Posella”) announced today that it has successfully finalised the de-listing process of Mediacap SA (“MCP”) from Warsaw Stock Exchange, following the completion of a tender offer process that started in summer 2021. The company will continue its path as one of Posella’s key investments in Poland, as a private company. “The de-listing of Mediacap was a win for all parties involved. Investors made a good return, while we are able to grow in a simpler, less regulated context” – commented Jacek Olechowski, Posella’s founder and CEO of Mediacap.
