MJM Holdings acquires majority stake in Attis Broker

MJM Holdings (“MJM”), a portfolio company of Posella Limited (“Posella”) announced today that it has acquired a controlling stake in Attis Broker a leading player in the Polish B2B brokerage market. The transaction is a key milestone in MJMH’s strategy to become a top5 player in the Polish insurance brokerage market by 2021. MJMH is lead by Mr. Marcin Slotala, one of Poland’s most successful insurance entrepreneurs. Posella Limited holds a 35% stake in MJMH since march 2018.
