Posella Limited sells its stake in F2 boutique office building in Warsaw

Posella Limited (“Posella”) announced today that it has exited its investment in Arkady Kubickiego, the holding SPV of F2 Boutique Office – a 7900m GLA premium luxury office building in Warsaw’s Sadyba district. F2’s leading tenants include Jeronimo Martins, Calypso, Billennium and Mediacap SA. Posella was key investor in the development project, completed in 2017.
