Posella sells Rankomat.pl to Bauer Media in one of Poland’s largest e-commerce transactions

Bauer Media Group has acquired 100% of shares in Rankomat.pl SA “Rankomat” – the owner of the biggest insurance comparison service in Poland. The company, chaired by Michał Laskowski, will be a part of Grupa Interia.pl, managed by Artur Potocki. As part of the transaction Posella Limited (“Posella”), Rankomat’s lead investor sold all its shares “Rankomat.pl is a model for collaboration between the founders, board and financial investors, which has resulted in creating a whole new market – online insurance aggregation – in Poland. We’re delighted to sell to Bauer Media which will enable the company to develop further, profiting from synergies within a leading media group.” – commented Jacek Olechowski, Posella’s founder.
