Posella exits from Dekada Grójec and Dekada Kraków real estate projects

Posella Limited (“Posella”) has announced today that it has exited from its investments in Dekada Grójec and Dekada Kraków convenience shopping malls. Dekada is a chain of convenience shopping malls located in mid-size Polish cities, including:  Sieradz, Zyrardow, Myslenice, Olsztyn, Kraków, Grojec and Nowy Targ. The company was launched in 2007 and has invested in multiple locations in both small and large Polish cities. Posella’s investment helped finance the development of two prime locations from greenfield to operating stage.
