Posella successfully exits from Group One SA in a share sale transaction to private investors.

Posella Limited (“Posella”) has announced today that it has sold all its shares in Group One SA (“Group One”) a Polish Media & Marketing conglomerate to a private investor. Posella was involved in Group One since its inception in 2013, and will continue its activity in the CEE media and marketing sector through its other portfolio investment - Mediacap SA.
